Description

Construction overlap checks need refinement. For example, this corner of directional windows I am trying to do is deemed illegal. Cannot start construction of solar assembly on lattice, have to do it over plating.

I think this needs discussion. Its a mainstay in mapping for making scenes look good, but in the wild wild west of a live round I think it could be too abusable.

Solar assemblies are so brokey I'm just going to make a new issue to separate them.
