Syringes should become "used" after injecting someone/thing #11526

Used syringes should have a chance of giving you space aids or something like that. This basically prevents you from using one syringe for everything.

whenever bloodborne diseases are a thing, syringes should become contaminated when injected in someone with such a disease, I disagree that there should be a random chance of getting a disease from out of no where tbh
