Description

This issue is very mysterious and the above title may not be the exact issue. I also lack media to show, and the exact description will be hazy and it's difficult to reproduce but occurs frequently in gameplay but I will add to this issue as I know more.

In a nutshell, sometimes when pulling people the camera for the person pulling and/or the person being pulled will violently snap about. In some cases it will take you to space, in others it will just shake violently. Incidents where this has happened usually involves me cuffing someone as security, trying to pull them and then sometimes my camera will violently shake. This has so far only happened with uncooperative detainees who I believe but cannot confirm are dragging objects or the person doing the cuffing in order to make movement very slow and difficult. The camera glitch is something they may or may not be aware of.

One particularly bad case, which made me readmin during a round i was playing, had myself and a player's camera violently shaking between our old position and somewhere in space. When I aghosted our bodies were drifted apart but still present on the station, however when we spoke we could hear eachother but not be heard on the station. So at least we were synced. In this incident I believe a third party was involved who either interrupted or interfered with the arrest may have confused the game. Both of us could see the Mime present in a dragging formation with us when the camera glitched into space, but when I aghosted to check they were not nearby and messing around with an electric guitar in one hand and the other hand was empty, and when I approached them they said their game was fine.

Another time when this happened (without the jumping into space) was when I tried to detain a scientist in science. He cried, screamed and after cuffing him he grabbed onto N2 canisters and my camera shook violently. I don't know if it shook violently for him because I was deadminned at the time.

I have observed another incident of this where I was not one of the participants which may or may not be related. An Officer (Ethan West) ran up to a Cargo tech (Jimmy Milne), cuffed and dragged him (there were observers nearby who may or may not have touched them) and stood there stripping him. The entire time his sprite was violently flipping left and right (vertical axis) and he was very confused. I asked him if he could see space and he said yes. When I told the officer to stop dragging him, the sprite stopped flipping and the cargo tech stopped panicking as much.

I thought this was limited to security and cuffing, however when I tried to drag a chemist who was in crit with two pAIs bound to him and I experienced the violent jittering into space. This breaks my previous assumptions as to what causes the problem. It's possible the pAIs at some point tried to drag him but I'm just speculating.

Reproduction

I have no idea. I've held off on making a bug report for this long because it's something to do with pulling but there's no reliable trigger or obvious set of circumstances. I assumed at first that you incapacitated someone (through cuffing or otherwise) then they start dragging things while being dragged (usually you, the person who cuffed and dragged them) then I thought maybe its when someone else interfered and the game got confused? Then I saw other cases from another perspective which MAY be different bugs but seem similar but don't quite have the same triggers. So i'm baffled.

Additional context

I'll try to add to this, but I made this issue because Shadow wanted me to make one so... at the least it was in the record, and evidence could begathered and red herrings discarded. Guaranteed most of what I THINK is happening is not what is actually happening. I'll try to add video if I can as well

If someone can find steps to repro it will be fixed significantly faster.
