Interfaces need immersiveness #17378

Description

This is my first attempt to do something through github, and all the text is done with the help of google translator, so sorry if there are any mistakes.

At the moment, all interfaces of consoles, canisters, devices and other things are just a bluish-gray window with buttons. It's pretty boring and doesn't allow you to fully immerse yourself in RP.

Therefore, I propose to make all such interfaces more impressive, similar to those that could exist. An example is paper. before it was just a monotonous window, but now it is real paper, and it looks like paper.

As a theoretical example, I can cite interfaces from Heigfleet. Just an example of the fact that all buttons are really buttons, not rectangles with text.

"proposing" to make the UIs more immersive doesn't do anything. Of course we all think the UIs should look cooler. They aren't dull and boring because we're artificially limiting ourselves here.
