Cargo shuttle can get deleted #17610

Description

Happened in Wizard's Den round 27919, no clue how. I don't think there's any way to replace a shuttle because as far as I know it isn't possible to link a new one to the station, even with VV. A method to replace lost cargo shuttles would mitigate this issue and is probably needed anyway.

Additional context

Station's StationCargoOrderDatabase component showed null for the shuttle and there was no shuttle grid.

Cargo and salvage ship sent to planet at the same time? I think there is a small time-frame when its possible

I'm not sure because I wasn't on at the time. I didn't realize you could send the cargo ship to expeditions, but last time I saw multiple ships try to go one just got stuck in FTL, not deleted. In this case, the shuttle grid didn't exist anymore, so I don't think it's what happened unless the behavior has changed
