MapAtmosphere does not fill grids that are spawned in #17707

Reproduction

Create a map with breathable conditions Load any grid that is not sealed off from the outside Portions of the grid open to the outside do not get filled with the outside atmosphere (unlike with vacuum of space)

it was set to false, so i assume enabling it would fix that?

This is apparently a recurring problem with the Salvage Shuttle. If it gets vented in space, then it remains unlivable even when it lands on a planet with normal atmosphere, "attacking" everyone who walks back on it after having taken off their suits/internals
