Give species unique quirks #19109

Description

Internal maintainer discussion yielded some insight on species design: species shouldn't be defined by a bunch of minor changes, but rather large singular features. Species should also look visually distinct (no generic furry) and have interesting markings and visual aspects.

We should remove stat changes and add in unique gameplay elements that separate them from other species in meaningful ways. Examples:

So the idea is to turn Diona into a “grow-able” race by botany, with ghost roles n stuff (in addition to being available roundstart). If we’re removing stat changes though they’d need another downside, but honestly I’m fine keeping the slower movement speed if this is the case since it’s a meaningful stat change like I talked about in the other issue.

Literally no idea what the slime one means.

Lizard one could be interesting, but I’m not sure the upside of corpse-eating outweighs the downside of being a carnivore and and being cold blooded (they die significantly faster to spacing). I guess it’s better that they stay worse than humans but I’d like to try and balance it somewhat.
