Lizard smite no worky / janky #21337

Description

The lizard smite does not always turn people into lizards, though it does sometimes do things like add accent components and make them drop their items. Overall, it just seems to work really janky and break between different releases.

Reproduction

Try to lizard smite people. (dwarfs and humans in particular).

I would add a screenshot but its just things that arent lizards... so...

Additional context

The admin-general lore is that this smite was made long ago before the polymorph system, so it might make sense to switch it to that? I haven't checked yet.

Weirdly it works on things that aren't humanoids, but not humanoids. Also, it makes dwarfs tall.
