Replay seekbar gets stuck to cursor #23890

Description

While watching replays, i am clicking once to seek through the replay. After doing so, the seekbar gets "stuck" to my cursor and will continue to seek as i move my cursor around. I have to right-click to get it to stop.

Reproduction Watch a replay and click on the seekbar.

Additional context It also happens if i drag-click on the seekbar.

yea this happens to me too and I've heard others complain about it, it's a pretty big one
