Description

With a pretty short do-after, you should be able to repair the 3 riot shields and the telescopic shield with a welder. This would give engi a way to work with sec, and also it would give them a slight edge over other shields.

Additional context

This shouldnt apply to the craftable shields because 2/3 arent even a weldable material (maybe you could repair the web shield with more webs?). Also not the e-shield because it's an energy shield, you can't weld pure energy.

There should also be a way to know how damaged a shield is IMO.
