Shuttle consoles may be unable to locate expeditions in certain locations #26348

Description

Expedition computers may be unable to locate an expedition warp. While the map itself appears, expanding the list will lead to no results. In the situation where I encountered this, I was able to resolve this by teleporting the salvage shuttle to the admin test area where it was able to see the warp point and start the expedition.

The "fix" is to wait without touching anything on the FTL page after scanning. It will load it just takes a legitimate minute or two.

Sometimes it just... doesn't? Happened to me a few rounds. We waited a while, never showed up.

This breaks expeditions until next shift.
