I haven't looked at the code in a long while, but I was under the impression the last fix that was added for this prevented you getting more than the 100u dose even if you enter multiple tiles. I guess you could still vomit-factory it, but it would at least be more work and doesn't overload the chemstream with 1 morbillion u if you're on more than one tile any more.
vomiting only giving 10% of reagents fixed vomit duping but the foam inherently creates more than was put in

if you have a 100u reagent foam each foam entity has a copy of the 100u so you get extreme multiplication its not either shared between each foam entity or evenly divided like explosion intensity for example
