Unfathomably based. Anyways that's because Shiva inherits from the spider proto which has the prying component with pryPowered(pry powered doors) and force(pry bolted doors) bools to true.

See #23449. It also adds the prying quality for tools to spiders which I'm pretty sure is unnecessary and that it's only required for construction.
