Wielded weapons still have onehanded inaccuracy... sometimes #28198

Description

While I do not recall any machineguns or submachineguns being weird, every now and then laser rifles are weirdly inaccurate for being wielded, possibly it can happen to cannons too but I can't say I have experienced it yet.

Reproduction

Take laser rifle
Wield it
Shoot
Rarely the rifle decides that every shot is going to be inaccurate despite being wielded

Couldn't repro. Do you do anything apart from keep pressing Z to unwield-wield?

I did put rifle on ground/suit slot/recharger while in two-handed mode. Bug is rather uncommon/rare but its there as lack of accuracy is VERY noticeable for lasers.
