Can't Buy or Withdraw TC from Uplink #28363

Description

On Round #54805 (Salamander), I late joined and rolled traitor as Archibald Butterfill at approximately 1:30 into the round. Went into maints to buy a sus toolbox, and was unable to purchase anything or even withdraw TC from the uplink. Reopening the menu, relogging, holding the PDA in my hand, getting swapped to a new body by an admin, nothing worked to fix the issue. Ahelped, and the admin could use the uplink normally, while the problem persisted for me. Got given an uplink implant and it worked fine. Did you close your PDA everytime?

yeah, you gotta have the PDA UI open to use the uplink

This has been happening to me, I've only noticed it when I store my pda in a storage implant. I'm assuming its because of the PDA ui not being open
