Nukkie Decoy Balloons Don't Inflate #28456

Description

Purchase a decoy balloon, try to inflate the decoys, it instead turns the light on of the box. No interaction that I've tried seemed to work, E on ground, Z on ground, E in hand, Z in hand, multitools or direct impact.

Reproduction

Buy the decoy box, do the above ways go try to get them to work, it will fail.

That only ejects the battery of the decoy, not inflate it.
