I believe this first happened in cargo, where two doors appeared closed, with the green opening light on. Despite this, you could walk through them, and the client would mispredict, thinking they were solid. Rejoining did not fix this. A few minutes later, every door in the station became like this. And windoors, counters, and I think even walls. The server then timed everyone out and the watchdog presumably restarted it.

Further notes: Other players walking through doors appeared perfectly smooth, as if they weren't solid at all. The server dying coincided with Lizard going down as well.
