It should be possible to build things on rods #29026

Currently you can only build on surfaces with a floor. What's strange is that if the devices are built on a surface with a floor, and then moved to a surface with only rods, they will continue to work. They either shouldn't work or should be built on any surface.

For example you can't build a lantern or vent on rods, but if you move them to a surface with pure rods they will work.

It seems the atmos stuff is now being installed on the rods, but the floor lamp still doesn't work. image
