Meteors need a balance check #29108

Description

During yesterday's Salamander run 56525, Cargo got hit by meteors three times in a row in fairly quick succession. That doesn't quite seem right to me. I have also heard complaints of it messing up Arrivals, but the issues in Cargo were directly experienced by me.

Played engineering yesterday and the role seems to have become crisis management when the meteors are going. The frequency probably needs to be dialed back as well.

Meteors have a chance to completely destroy atmos and the gas miners basically ending the round as well. Meteors shouldn't be able to go through walls at all especially reinforced ones

The changes to meteors are no fun for engineer players as well. i don't even want to play engineeer because I don't want to spend the whole round fixing meteor damage after they in rapid succession destroy cargo, science, atmos, med, and so forth. Rounds have been lasting an hour or less because the fucking meteors keep completely destroy all of atmos eventually. It could be 15 minutes in, and we are already calling evac because the station is lost since they destroyed the entirety of atmos

Ive also come to my own conclusions, the rationale for the original change for making engineer gameplay more fun I found to be more an issue with players simply not doing their jobs rather than them not having anything to do. large spacings get fixed entirely very rarely and most engineers just fuck off and do their own thing anyways
