Current issues with Vox #29708

Description

This is a list of all issues regarding the Vox species in it's current implementation. If you notice any other issues, please mention so in the comment section.

[ ] Hats are buggy on vox (poorly displacement mapped).
[X] Round-start selection doesn't displacement map the clothing.
[ ] Minor consistency issues regarding hair.
[ ] There are a bunch of clearly not-meant-to-be-there markings.
[ ] Skin colour selection jolts randomly and is hard to control accurately.

InventoryComponent with all related stuff should be added to the dummy vox mob

FYI the feather color selection was designed around hues, it works much more consistently if you change to HSV from RGB. But I did not want to disable RGB in case people want to copy/paste values from there

Character creator displacement issue was fixed by #29709
