Energy Swords Reflecting needs rework #30124

Description

The problem is in players. They are abusing energy sword reflect mechanic. I mean situations when they are going through crossfire because they know that sword reflects every laser and a lot of bullets. And passenger (or assistant, I don't know how it calls on Wizden), if take up turn-on sword, will reflect fires as Master Yoda and it wouldn't be the player fault because it is game mechanic (also them don't know how it turn off by RolePlay). To sum up, energy swords make Non RP situations or make you metagame because you know that laser will be reflected. As I know, in ss13 you need to do something to reflect. I think, will be better if player have to make splash bite to reflect bullets and lasers or make a move by a bind. I think, it will be better, but I know that a lot of players are not agree this, also it needs good network connection to have a better reaction. Maybe it should be as an option in game config, if master host wants, them will turn on this mechanics or turn off.

For example, it can use stamina. If you reject 3-5 bullets, you need to take rest. If you take stay, you can reject more bullets. Stamina take effect on reflect chance And add the action, if it turned on, character will try to reflect
