Tip 51 is actually tip 50 #30233

just saw that tip 50 has the tip 51 text "Tip 51 doesnt exist..."

tips-dataset-51 = Tip #51 does not exist and has never existed. Ignore any rumors to the contrary. huh

Did some hunting https://github.com/space-wizards/space-station-14/pull/28366 shows an off by one error on the dataset. so its likely that the dataset was simply not adjusted to match.

easy pr just to swap tip 51 and 52 would work right?
