New Player Server Choice Guide #30523

This guide can be an addition to issue #28616

Implement a simple guide for completely new players of SS14 to understand the server list. This guide will be useful for players who are not familiar with SS13 or SS14 and the different servers available.

Upon signing up and entering the home page of the SS14 Launcher, a new player would benefit from having a guide to understand the different servers and how they work. The guide could even recommend the new player server as a great place to start. This guide would help reduce server confusion, and potentially entering a server designed more for seasoned players.

Specifics:

Guide could be a tab on the home screen and opens a pop up window that offers details on the servers, how they work, and filter options. The guide can direct new users to the 'New Player Server'.
