Basically the title. This is bad because well, water tank is not usually a storage, so secoffs might not bother checking it, giving you basically a better storage implant for two times less the TC

By the watertank I mean this thing you use with the nozzle to make either a water gun or a flamethrower, it's a T2 service research and nukies have one on their planet
