Literally what title says, you can play music using harmonica while its in your bag, or even if its in any other container that you could have (dont confuse with crate and lockers type of containers)

Probably it is because there was a PR allowing you place and play harmonica on your neck slot, somehow this feature didnt include only neck slot but any container too
