Wearing gloves should not block a current that goes to your neck. Same thing with fake insuls that deal more shock

Reproduction Step 1. Link a shock collar to a signaller Step 2. Wear shock collar Step 3. Wear insuls Step 4. Try to zap Step 5. No zap

prob best to not change for tesla, otherwise there's zero counterplay against getting shocked 1000 times for being in the same map as a tesla
