I wouldn't say this is a bug or misgendering. You are using the right pronouns, it's just that your lisp and accent changes how it sounds. Just like real life. It would be really shitty to say someone with a frontal lisp irl is misgendering anyone who uses she/her when they aren't, they just. Have a lisp.

owo accent isnt misgendering if "hew" is meant to sound like "hear" its just the completely wrong word because w = r if it sounds like it is spelled then its not misgendering its not a word at all, therefore cant be misgendered

Yeah this isn't a bug, it's not like swapping the pronoun its just doing a regex match for a certain consonant and swapping it for a different consonant sound to make it look like a speech impediment sounded out.

Is it also a bug that its "impossible" to say "know" as a dwarf because it will always be swapped for "ken?" no. This is working exactly as intended.
