Dragging onto kitchen spike is too precise #32056

Description

Dragging someone onto a kitchen spike requires you to drop onto a non-transparent pixel on the kitchen spike.

Reproduction

  1. Try to drag someone onto the center of the tile a kitchen spike is on.
  2. Observe how it doesn't work because you didn't aim exactly at one of the solid pixels of the spike.
  3. Also observe that the spike was being indicated as green when you did this, suggesting it should work.

Additional context Probably affects everything else also, but it's kinda very annoying in this particular case.

I generally aim for the top right corner of the meat spike and it hooks things 100% of the time. Regardless it's still annoying and it'd be awesome if it was fixed.
