Equiping a blindfold in a fully dark room will reveal everything around you, inside the "blind" circle. When there is no light.

it's probably shouldn't give you fullbright, but just blind circle

This is such a system of "blind vision". No matter how you really see it, you just feel it with your hands and so on.
