Description

Ripley pilots can use topicals while moving, essentially giving them regeneration on the move. They can even have topicals equipped when bashing people.

Reproduction

  1. Get inside Ripley
  2. Take damage if you haven't already
  3. Apply topical to yourself
  4. Move as the doafters aren't interrupted by Ripley movement

I mean I don't think it would be that hard to move a joystick while bandaging yourself.

In any case, I say that this issue does not need to be fixed until actual battle mechs where this might be an issue are being implemented, and that is a while off unless someone re-opens the battlemech PR.

I mean yesterday I was able to fight off a space dragon and tank a lot of damage with sutures and mesh. Keep in mind too of a flat 50% damage reduction in a Ripley (thankfully doesn't stack with your own armour) and no damage slowdown.

it's like 25% reduction, not 50%
