Deconstruction/Construction can't be undone on furniture. #33164

Description

When someone starts even a single doafter in single step deconstruction, its impossible to do ANYTHING with furniture but deconstruct them, with exception of window upgrades into different ones.

Reproduction

  1. Build machine frames
  2. Wrench them
  3. By mistake start screwdrive doafter(1/1 deconstruction step)
  4. Even if interrupted, nothing can be done with frames but deconstruction, you can't put LV wires into them; same happens with virtually anything

  1. build a girder
  2. accidentally press with plasteel on it
  3. now you can't deconstruct the girder and should make a reinforced wall and deconstruct it to get rid of the girder

applies to any construction graph step that has a doafter, it gets stuck in limbo
