Player count reporting issue #33203

Description

Is it possible to have the player count not include admins? With more servers commonly being full especially in lower max pop ones. One can simply admin check all the full servers by seeing a over max value and pick and choose which servers to cause shit on. Eg the screen cap. If we can not count admins or not show them at least in the server browser this would prevent admin checking.

i think it also counts players that left but are still allowed to rejoin
