The issue here is that people try to fight ninjas one on one and let them get up close, and then get upset that they lost. If you are fighting a ninja in a 1v1, you SHOULD lose. The point of a ninja is to play dirty and make fights unfair in their favor, this is why security should be going in pairs if facing a ninja. I feel like this isnt an issue.

I get the pair thing but this just sounds like yet another blame sec skill issue response. They are already handling all the normal antags for what ever round it is, the shitters and clowns messing with them and its mid late round when it shows up so the station so is highly likely cooked too. Then you send in the most op antag in the game that is essentially invisible, can just tp away and can chain stun you with absolutely no risk to them self. Its OP as fuck and they just constantly murderbone servers with it.
The problem is that ninjas are fast as shit and can teleport so they already have initiative to fight or flee first, and thus can almost always pick 1v1 battles

If they murderbone with it thats moreso a rule/player issue IMO, and as somebody who plays security a LOT, it is 100% possible to kill them since ninjas are extremely frail. Security should be pairing up at which point there are no more 1v1 battles for the ninja to pick unless they are murderboning which is a seperate issue.

The issue is ninja is not fully implemented and even when you get jump on them, their suit malfunctions are not triggering cause not coded yet. Ninja gets all(Are they missing something from their kit?) the good while having almost no drawback for slip ups and going combat with exception of vow to not use guns.
Ninja has downsides in /tg/ or wherever? from my experience with it in ss14 it just seems like an antag designed to literally ruin everyone's fun ESPECIALLY science.

Getting hit is supposed to instantly turn off camo for good while, would not be surprised if stuns also cease to work and so on, making combat last resort for ninjas that do not want risk a quick death.
Description
Ninja can just perma stun people. Pretty much the title. Its super lame and it should dialed down a little. Its essentially just a insta perm stun, rip sword out kill them.
Reproduction Time ya stuns.
