Round quality surveys #33271

Description

I'm gonna soon-ish start working on a system that will poll every person on round quality during round end. The scale will go from Horrible Bad Ok Good Excellent This data will have an optional checkbox to include your username. Once data is pulled, it will get dumped into the replay metadata file and into the DB to view quality over time and similar statistics. This issue is to collect feedback and ideas on this system and to collect that feedback on a central place and not on a random Discord channel. Optionally suggested by me was to have these surveys happen every 30 minutes to gage quality over time.

Definitely agreeing with the roundend portion of the survey.

Additional datapoints to consider as a part of this could be aspects like:

I'm sure there are more data points that we could get, definitely want to make sure they're useful to maintainers (i.e. design/balance) or administrators (moderation/roundflow). To not flood players with questions, these questions could be tabled and evenly randomized, and the original round quality survey question could be either mixed in with this table, or could always post. Would love to hear from staff what data points would be most immediately helpful!

It might be useful to have this as just a plain "1-5" scale, with ability to check specific points of why things were meh/great. Just, dunno, two lists of "positive" and "negative" things. Or hell, just have a list of that and "Negative/Neutral/Positive". Stuff like "Event frequency", "Admin intervention", "Antagonist action", etc etc. Should be relatively easy to extend. Probably want to make it something in prototype system.

This shouldn't overload things, while also letting it be a quick thing to use.

@august-sun I think this kind of survey would be too overwhelming for a round end popup. Should keep it simple, so that
