Also your change-log entry probably needs more work. You generally want to avoid using redundant phrases like "[...] has been added to the game [...]", as it's expected to be an in-game change.
Maybe something more like (completely optional if you want to use this:)
add: Added Hypomania, a new character trait that periodically causes uncontrollable bouts of laughter.

Technical details
A new accent has been added, specifically designed for hypomania. It turns almost all sentences into exclamatory ones and, with a customizable chance, triggers laughter after the phrase.
A new system and component have been added, allowing the specified emotion in the prototype to be triggered at random (customizable) intervals. Unlike the "AutoEmoteComponent," my component does not require the creation of a separate prototype to function.
