Why / Balance

Hopefully reduces confusion around what is and isn't crew

It does for people with job huds if the "zombie" is using syndicate agent card and sets it to zombie, but yeah, it could confuse some silicon newbies into thinking that zombies lose crew status if they are not aware of that.

As far as I understand, it can only appear when it is set in an Agent ID.

I think this is the wrong approach. Instead the job icons that arent crew shouldnt be visible to cyborgs at all, preferably all non-crew would just have an X icon or the current ?, if any at all. This just makes it more confusing, a simple "Icon = crew, no icon = not crew" would do way better.

Currently all icons mean crew. Which is not a bad thing. But if we plan to clarify it we should instead make "no crew = no icon" instead of adding this sort of things into the rules.
