Makes it feel weird on laggy connections.

Predicting welding and prying requires the moving the tool system to shared, which can be done but just takes some work.

I could try to give this a shot, been wanting to take something on a bit more difficult to try and get better. Is it just a matter of moving stuff to shared for prediction issues?
