Feature request for QoL changes to ghost role.

• [x] Ghost Role Lottery - when a ghost role is made available, have a pop up for all dead players to opt in. At the end of the timer it chooses one at random (no more scalping ghost roles).
• [ ] Ghost Role Grouping - Related to the lottery, this would allow you to group together multiple of the same ghost role or event, then run a command to start the lottery for that group - saves spamming ghost role pop ups and gets everyone in at the same time, good for events.

Feel free to add more to the list. Currently making ghost roles is a PITA and isn't fair on most players.

hijacking this, for dragon specifically a queue would be good to have so while dragon is alive it opens a carp queue, so instead of having either: A) currently i think, the 3ms american ping players snipe every fish B) having to run a lottery for every fish which is ridiculous

you shrimply say "i want to be fish" then it makes you fish whenever your place in the queue is next
