Var userInterfaceOptions . robot . robotResponseTime due to message length #330

I love your cf module but can't find how to make var response time due to messages length so it would be so cool to have option in userInterfaceOptions . robot . varRobotResponseTime. Parameter will be ms which takes every sign of message. It would make a chat convo more "real".
