Support for non 300x300m tiles #68

Omsi apparently has support for non 300x300m tiles and as such the importer should also support importing them. Thomas already has a testing map for this GRAND_Lyon.zip.

I've had a quick look into this, but it requires more investigation. The relevant function to reverse engineer is TForm_main.ConverttoWorldCoordinates1Click
