[API] Whiteboard #333

Parts of the whiteboard implementation from https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton can be reused, and integrated as an activity.

As for the API specification, this feature maps to discord.com's shared canvases.

@SamuelScheit The counterpart on discord.com is /channels/:channelId/:userId/shared-canvas.
