The correct link would be https://spacebase.co/u/rich-bodo works.

We'd need to know what URL this bad link was on to start trying to fix it.

Interesting. It now works. It was from the about page and clicking on Rich’s photo yesterday did not go to his bio page.

Can't duplicate this one. I don't think the URL encoding fails to parse in any browser, so I'm going to go with this as a data point that a router is buggy on the drupal 8 side, or a page simply failed to completely load and showed up busted. We'll keep our eyes open for similar issues.
