Broken social login block still present on sign-in form

Summary:

Captcha form was disabled but not removed.

Expected:

Sign-in form either has a captcha field or it doesn't, but it should not show a complaint about a missing block.

Observed:

Complaint on sign-in form is disconcerting and needs to be removed:

This is actually a missing block from the social logins system, which we have a fix for on dev, so this will be resolved on the next production deployment. see https://gitlab.com/spacebase/spacebase/merge_requests/226
