As per the Projects MVP spec two blocks should exist that serve a similar functionality and layout to the partners section of the homepage, but for projects.
Those two sections are called affiliates and sponsors. It would be awesome if these projects sections could work in a similar way.

I know, this should probably have been in the previous milestone, but whatevs, it's something we want in the near future.
