355 - Dev database and config yml on dev branch out of sync #361

This is as a result of a failed build process on platform after the 267 merge which gitlab and platform marked as successful. This branch is to export group.content_type.group_content_type_35e924d9b2d20.yml from the dev database, merge in and have a successful rebuild on platform, to allow this commit to be merged back into other feature branches and for development to flow again.
