Projects do not create reports #366

*** Expected: When creating a report, the report saves and is listed in the reporting block on the projects profile page.

*** Observed: Error issued when creating report. Report gets listed on edit project page. Report does not get listed on reporting block on project profile page.

@richbodo I'm having trouble recreating this, when I create a report with a test editor user on https://dev-54ta5gq-ensz4qdpjmziw.us.platform.sh/group/267 it creates and lists it successfully, even when I don't click "create node" from inside the form and just save the whole project form. Shall we try and reproduce in the next sprint meeting?

It's my fault for not including the environment in the bug report. If it works it works. Will reopen if it recurs.
