Testing Direct Messaging: Error message on direct message in Dev

Not sure why there is an error message coming on all the direct messaging page when I execute something.

This message appears whenever a change to content access permissions has been made. Once the access permissions have been rebuilt by an administrator, then the message will stop being displayed.

It is not an error, but a reminder that an administration task is outstanding.

The permissions have been rebuilt and the message is not appearing any more.
