The name of the person the message is being sent to is before the "To" instead of after.

This is a core part of the private_message module. Basically, the first addressee (Rich Bodo in this case) has been entered and the form is now ready to accept a second addressee.

We are using the module for sending to just single individuals, so we get this display.

It would be possible to use a javascript snippet to move the "To:" element to precede the recipient name(s), but this would need to be developed.
