Lando updating-to-rc2 creates problems #391

Lando has made changes. "Lando upgrade fixes" fixes some of them — BUT will break your localhost setup if you upgrade code without upgrading lando. Also, behat appears to no longer work properly... so creating a ticket to keep track of such things to get back to today's work.

@api javascript: Element not found with xpath, //html (WebDriver\Exception\NoSuchElement)
