Problem publishing an Org link #398

Harsh who has Editor status has tried to create a resource link on Org SpaceBase 3x but his submissions always get the following error: "The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later."

The content link appears under content as "Democratising the Space Industry | TEDxAuckland" but it does not publish. We need to add those media links and fix the issue before the funding campaign starts. Who should best fix this?
